How fast is check-in?
Over 100 guests a minute with 5 counters. Any guest can use any counter, families check in with one scan, and face recognition skips the QR altogether.
What if the venue internet goes down?
Check-in works offline, so a patchy venue network doesn't stop the queue.
Can badges be printed at the venue?
Yes, that's how we do it. Each badge prints the moment the guest checks in, on battery-powered printers that need no cables, so no badges go to waste on guests who don't turn up.
How is it priced?
It depends on who runs it. We run it: Big Bang Events brings the Activ technology, the hardware and our team to run your event, quoted per event. You run it: buy a white-label solution to use the platform yourself, or set up your own account on activ.in.
Do you only do registration and check-in?
