NewFace recognition check-in

Face recognition check-in. Your face is the ticket.

Guests add a selfie when they register. At the venue, a camera at the entrance recognises them, checks them in and prints their badge. No QR code to dig out, no phone to unlock, no name to spell out at the desk.

How it works

Selfie at sign-up. Walk in on the day.

  1. 01

    Add a selfie

Guests add a selfie with their registration form. It's optional: guests who skip it check in with the QR code from their invite.

  2. 02

    Look at the camera

At the entrance, a camera recognises the guest and checks them in. No QR, no phone, no spelling out names.

  3. 03

    Badge prints

Their badge prints at the counter for the guest standing there, not for whoever holds a forwarded QR code.

  4. 04

    Track it live

Arrivals show on a live dashboard as they happen, with a full data report after the event.

What you get

Faster at the door, right at the counter

What changes at check-in when the guest's face is the ticket.

Optional for every guest.

Face recognition is a choice, not a requirement. Guests who skip the selfie check in with the QR code from their invite, walk-ins register at the spot desk, and face and QR check-in run side by side at the same counters.

  • Hands-free entry

Guests look at the camera and walk on, so queues keep moving at peak arrival.

  • The right badge for the right person

Each badge prints for the guest standing at the counter, not for whoever holds a forwarded QR code.

  • Nothing to dig out

No QR code to find in an inbox, no phone to unlock, no name to spell out at the desk.

  • Face or QR, any counter

Every counter checks in every guest, by face or QR code, with no alphabetical queues.

  • One selfie, two jobs

The selfie guests add at registration powers face check-in and photo ID badges.

  • Walk-ins welcome

Guests who didn't register in advance sign up at the spot desk in seconds and leave with a printed badge.
